Shipping

Can I redirect my parcel to a different address?

No sorry, once your Parcel leaves our warehouse we are unable to change the destination shipping address

Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be email to you in your order confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

If you have any issues with the tracking number after 48 hours have passed, please contact us on sales@regalrustics.com

What sales tax/duties do I need to pay?

Sales tax is calculated at checkouts before you pay.

Import tax/duties may be charged/collected by Customs when your order arrives in your Country and is the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive.

If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive in seperate packages, as they are sent from different warehouses.

My Orders

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

Please contact us right away at sales@regalrustics.com with your name and order number.

We are only able to make changes to an order that has not been shipped out yet.

If the order has already left the warehouse then we can issue a Return & Refund.

Why are my coupon codes not working?

Only one coupon code can be applied to an order, if you have two coupon codes put in a seperate order for each. If the problem persists please contact us on sales@regalrustics.com

What do I do if I never Received my order?

We are sorry to hear that you havent recieved your order yet. Please be aware that orders can take 1-3 weeks to arrive.

If your order falls outside of this time frame, then please contact us at sales@regalrustics.com

Please include your order number & tracking number in the email, and one of our friendly staff will assist you.

I received the wrong item, now what?

We are sorry to hear you have recieved the wrong item. Please contact us at sales@regalrustics.com with your name, order number and a picture of the item. One of our friendly staff will assist you in sorting out the issue.

What do I do if I received a defective/damaged item?

We are sorry to hear that your item was defective/damaged. Please contact us at sales@regalrustics.com with your name, order number and a picture of the item. One of our friendly staff will assist you in sorting out the issue.

Returns & Refunds

I want to return an item, What is the process?

To start a return please contact us at returns@regalrustics.com with the reason for the return.When your return is approved, you will recieve an email with a shipping lable.Print and attach to the parcel and drop off at your local post shop.

Your refund amout will be refunded to your original payment method once the parcel has arrived back in our warehouse.

Can I exchange an item for something else?

Yes you can! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
